The bookkeeper's office is open Wednesday through Sunday. Email: wydowns@wyent.net during the season. Jockey Fees Owners are required to have sufficient funds on account for all fees prior to the running of the race. Video Tapes and Photos Videos and photos can be obtained through the track photographer. Licensing The Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission Licensing Office is located inside the race office. The Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission may be contacted in Cheyenne at 307.777.5887. Dark Days The race office is closed Monday and Tuesday.
