“Lucky 3 Combination”

1) Stop in at the Evanston OTB on either February 16^th or February 17^th and receive a free “Lucky 3 Combination” game card. Sign up on February 16^th and your card is good for both days. Sign up on February 17^th and your card is only good for February 17^th. No exceptions! Limit one card per person. Patrons must sign up in person for the contest and game cards are not transferable between patrons. Patrons are responsible for their game cards, lost or destroyed game cards will not be reissued.

2) Print your lucky numbers from 1-10 in each box as diagramed below. Have your card validated by the Manager or Assistant Manager at the OTB and cheer for your numbers. Thoroughbred Entries 1 and 1A, 2 and 2B and so on, will count as one entry on the game card.

3) Each time your numbers come in at selected tracks (both thoroughbred and greyhounds) EXACTLY as printed on your game card, you are the winner of a $3.00 credit voucher to be used toward a future bet at the OTB. All winning combinations will be verified by OTB management before any vouchers will be issued. Selected tracks are listed below. There is no limit to the number of times you may win.

4) All winning game cards will expire at the end of the racing day on March 16th. Total amount won from patrons game card, will be deducted off of patrons future bets. Game cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for credit.

5) A complete list of winning combinations will be available at the Wyoming OTB office and mutuel line on February 18^th.

6) If a selected track is cancelled before its first race, a substitute track may be put in its place. All decisions by Wyoming OTB management is final.

No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Must be 18 years or older to play. Patrons must fill out their own game card and may not enter for anyone else not present at Wyoming OTB, Evanston.
